- Tom Yum – Capturing the taste of Thailand, Tom yum is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours, with fragrant spices and herbs. A&T Tom Yum arancini’s are made with fresh ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, garlic, spring onion, coriander, lime juice, mushroom & red birds eye chilli. Also, vegan friendly.
- Miso Dashi – Japanese inspired. Miso dashi is known for its rich and salty notes, with a strong umami kick and pronounced soy flavour. Other quality ingredient used to create A&T Miso Dashi Arancini’s include shiitake mushroom, spring onion, tofu, nori and a touch of parmesan cheese for an extra added twist.
- Sambal – Combining Indonesian flavours. Sambal is a much-loved chilli condiment in Indonesian cuisine. Sambal is made with aromatics such as red chilli, golden shallots and garlic. Then combined with tender rice, kecap manis, lime juice, sweet basil, fried shallot and Italian diced tomatoes. Also, vegan friendly.
