This offering is not limited to but includes contract catering groups and franchise networks. Countrywide has a centralised operating system, a standard set of national and bespoke processes and offers customers a single system for ordering, invoicing, and reporting. The Contract Customer Engagement (CCE) support team manage the individual key customer accounts on a national basis, whilst Countrywide Members manage the day-to-day operating provisions for each customer’s local outlet.
