Paul Sanders is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of The Provedores, a company he founded in 2016 after identifying a strategic opportunity to support Countrywide in distributing Subway products to the Mid-North Coast. With over 27 years of experience in the Foodservice industry, Paul has developed a comprehensive understanding of the sector, having worked in various roles from chef to supplier and manufacturer, and eventually distributor.

Starting his career in 1998 as a qualified chef in Sydney, Paul quickly built strong supplier relationships, particularly with Countrywide, and later moved into the manufacturing and sales sectors. His diverse experience across the foodservice value chain has provided him with a unique, holistic perspective on industry operations and customer needs.

In 2016, Paul and his wife alongside their business Partner co-founded The Provedores, leveraging their combined expertise to create a successful, customer-centric business. His deep understanding of the challenges facing regional and independent operators, along with his strategic vision and leadership skills, makes him well-equipped to advocate for and represent Countrywide members.
