Manuel Meletis is the Managing Director/CEO of Daily Fresh Food Service which was established over 50 years ago. He has been the owner since 1992 and in his time has grown the business from a small warehouse in Marrickville to it’s current home in a purpose built facility in Regents Park. With an engineering background and strong IT knowledge he has transformed Daily Fresh Food Service into a market leading technology based distribution centre. Over the years he has worked in all facets of the business from driver, Storeman, purchasing, Sales and Management as he believes if you don’t do the job yourself, then you will never know how it can be improved. He has scoped and overseen massive IT installations and upgrades whereby all facets of business are connected from warehouse to drivers to sales reps and finance with a focus on constant improvement and efficiency initiatives which drive better outcomes for customers and business alike.
