Cameron Kenley is Chief Executive Officer of Cadell Food Service Pty Ltd. Cadell started as one of Countrywide’s smallest Members servicing only a few regional markets but has steadily grown over the next 20 plus years, expanding into Melbourne and most of the Rural Victoria population. As such Mr Kenley understands the issues faced by both regional and metropolitan distributors, as well as the steps required to grow to a large business. Mr Kenley was appointed as Member Director to the Countrywide Board in May 2021, having served on multiple Countrywide Advisory Groups over the past 15 years. Mr Kenley’s working history spreads across multiple industries including distribution, property development and medical technology. Mr Kenley is a Director on the Board of SEER Medical and Chairman of the SEER Medical Finance Committee. Mr Kenley has a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, along with Bachelor of Science majoring in Immunology. Mr Kenley encourages strategic planning within his business enabling his teams to identify and capture opportunities in an ever-evolving environment and to keep ahead of what the market demands and how businesses can best capitalise on new industry trends.
