Recipe Guidelines:

  • Recipes should be foodservice-friendly and tailored for a professional kitchen.
  • Include your product/s clearly within the method or ingredients list.
  • Include your product TUN to highlight your product as a ‘featured product’.

Article Guidelines:

  • Keep content informative, relevant, and easy to read. Aim for 300–500 words.
  • Topics can include health and wellbeing, business management, product education, industry trends, or promotional competitions.
  • Avoid overly technical or sales-heavy language. Focus on value and insight.

Bring your brand story to life with video. As a Platinum Partner, you have the opportunity to feature up to 2 videos per year on your dedicated Supplier Page. These videos are a great way to showcase products, share company values, or highlight NPD and promotional activity.

Please supply final video files directly to us, we’ll host them on our official YouTube channel and link them to your Supplier Page on the InSeason website.

Video Guidelines:

  • Format: MP4 (preferred for YouTube compatibility)
  • Resolution: high resolution 1080p minimum 
  • Length: Aim for 30–90 seconds to maintain viewer engagement
  • Include captions or subtitles for accessibility and broader reach
  • Ensure your video has clear branding and concise messaging
  • Avoid date-sensitive references unless you plan to update the video regularly

Your dedicated Supplier Page includes space for always-on brand banners. These banners are a powerful way to keep your messaging front and centre all year round. They are exclusively yours, no other supplier advertising will appear on your page – giving your brand uninterrupted visibility.

Notes

  • Static images:
    • Accepted format: JPEG or PNG
    • Colour format: RGB
  • Animated images:

    • Animation Length: 15 seconds of less
    • Looping: Loop no more than 3 times
  • Please ensure sizes are correct, the system will not accept sizes that are not precise.
  • Keep designs clean and easy to read, especially on smaller screens.
  • Use high-resolution images (72 DPI or higher).
