Makes 1                               Preparation time 5 minutes                        Cooking time 5 minutes


  • 1 Pizza dough/ base
  • 60g sugo sauce
  • 100g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella, shred
  • 60g bacon rashers
  • 1 egg
  • Handful parsley leaves
  • Salt & pepper



Spread the sugo sauce over pizza base and evenly sprinkle the Perfect Italiano Mozzarella on top. Place bacon rashers around pizza and a cracked egg in the middle then cook the pizza in an oven until the cheese has melted and base is crispy. Ensure the egg has cooked through but yolk is still runny.

Garnish pizza with parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
