Our facilities have been purpose built to accommodate a comprehensive range of products with appropriate temperature control, from minus 25 degrees celsius through to ambient.
Our delivery vehicles are also purpose built for temperature control.
Fastrac Foodservice is registered as a food warehouse with a compliant food safety program, and is a fully accredited HACCP foodservice operator.

With over 1,500 product lines, incorporating dairy, frozen, dry groceries and specialty lines including Asian, Mexican and European, we are able to satisfy the majority of your needs.

All our products are selected on the basis of their quality. We, in conjunction with our suppliers will accept all returns if you are not totally satisfied with the product quality (in accordance with normal business practice).
Customer Service:
All our staff at Fastrac Foodservice are customer focused:
- we deliver six days a week at convenient delivery times
- we locate stock where you require it in your kitchen
- we ring to advise you of any unavailable stock
- we deliver in temperature controlled vehicles and maintain temperature monitored facilities
- we ensure products leave our facility, and are left at your premises in good condition
- our after hours answering service allows for next day delivery
- our service is personalised.
